In the days leading up to Valentine’s Day, the shop slowly changes mood. Displays get softer. Reds and pinks creep in among the everyday favourites. We test combinations, shuffle shelves, and quietly debate which card makes us laugh the most. There is a lot of standing back, squinting slightly, and asking does this feel right.
Some customers know exactly what they want. Others need a bit of help. A last minute gift. A date night treat. Something funny rather than sentimental. Those conversations are what we love most.
