This is a beautiful chopping board that is perfect for chopping fresh herbs.
The best olive wood boards are made in Tunisia. The tight grain surface of the wood is easy to keep dry after washing and won't be a haven for bacteria like porous wood.

Care instructions
Hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Occasionally treating with olive oil will prolong the life of this item and reinvigorate it's appearance.
