Diced lamb, onion, carrots, garlic, chopped tomatoes, chick peas, dried apricots, dates, chicken stock, coriander leaves, cardamon, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric and black pepper.
Brown the meat add all the other ingredients to the tagine bowl pop the lid on and place in a cold over. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 180 degrees. Serve with cous cous or rice and enjoy.
