Using only the best sweet potatoes, their rich orange flesh gives a silky smoothness to this spirit that bolsters a heady mix of vanilla spice, warm peach and apricot skins with a smack of golden caramel to finish. Serve with ice cold ginger ale and fresh lemon and lime.

Their copper pot stills could tell a story or two, and are used to unlock flavours more than a hundred years in the making.
