This honey is different to runny honey, where it is mixed with a honey seed to allow granulation to the small sugar crystals. This gives it a soft texture which is great spread on your morning toast.
The honey is extracted from the bee hive frames, filtered to remove any bee bits or capping’s from the extraction process.

The beehives for Potterne Honey are located within Potterne, Devizes and Salisbury Plain capturing the flora of the local landscape ranging from wooded areas, hedgerows, urban gardens, the Kennet and Avon Canal and Salisbury Plain. Each apiary has its own unique flavour of honey foraged by the bees.
