Product Description

Burning Barn is based on a fruit farm. For their smoked rum they take apple wood from retired apple trees, chip and dry it before using it to cold smoke a fruity, treacly 3 year aged demerara rum. The result is an award-winning sipping rum. 

Serving suggestions:
Smoked Rum Old Fashioned - a double of smoked rum with a bar spoon of apple molasses and a few dashes of bitters. 
Dark and Smoky - smoked rum, ginger ale, bitters and lime
